Al Madina Mall (Medina shopping mall) in Dubai is a new shopping mall (in 2011) on Beirut Rd (Halab St?) in the Al Ghusais / Muhaisnah 4 area.
- Construction started July 2008? Opening date scheduled for April 2011 (probably end 2011 is more realistic)?
- Project value about AED 130 million?
- Area about 400,000 square feet on two floors with 120 shops, food court, family entertainment area, Carrefour hypermarket. Maybe a cinema complex?
- Lead consultant is Design & Architecture Bureau (DAR Consult) (Dubai), MEP consultant is Green Energy LLC (Dubai).
- Main contractor is Technical Engineering General Contracting Establishment (TEGC) (Dubai), MEP and A/C contractor is Chargers Electrical & Plumbing Works (Dubai), piling contractor is Middle East Foundations Group (Dubai).

- Not related to Madina Mall in Abu Dhabi, or Medina Mall in Karachi Pakistan.
