Innoventure Educational Investments LLC (IVEI) is a nurseries and schools management company based in Dubai. IVEI own and manage the Dubai International Academy (DIA), an IB school in Dubai.
- Innoventures was established in 2004 and is a private company.
- Chairman is Mr Abdulla Majed Al Ghurair, Directors include His Excellency Dr Anwar Mohammed Gargash, Mr Hamdi Osman and Mr Avishesha Bhojani.

Innoventure takeover of Emaar Education schools
In March 2010, it was announced that from September 2010, IVEI would take over the management of the Emaar Properties portfolio of schools and nurseries, previously managed by Emaar Education. Unclear from the press release (date 21 March 2010) if the schools remain under Emaar Properties ownership, or have been sold to Innoventures. Given that a "partnership" was referred to in the press release by the heads of the KHDA Dubai, Emaar Properties, and Innoventures, the schools are probably still owned by Emaar.

Emaar Education Raffles International University in Jaipur, India
- Not clear if the Emaar Education Raffles International University and International School in India will come under Innoventures management. They were not referenced in the press release 21 March 2010.
