- Zina Language School (ZLS) appears to be yet another obscure education institute in Dubai with promises of great salaries for teachers, and particularly light workloads when they arrive in the UAE to discover there's no job (and no salary, and no refund for visa costs incurred in getting to the UAE in the first place).
- See this page about Global Recruiters for more information.
- We don't know if Zina Language School is real or not. All we can say is that we cannot find it, or any contact details for it that make sense. The contact information we did find, belongs to other unrelated organisations or doesn't make sense.
- Various comments seen around the internet alerting jobseekers to the likelihood of Zina Language School possibly being some sort of scam (we're not saying it is or isn't, we're just repeating what others have said). These are some of the details included in jobs or responses from Zina Language School:
- Jawad Kasan, Zina Language School
- 26 Harima Street Dubai,
United Arab Emirates
- Tel/Fax: +971-4-2821131 (note that the phone number is actually for the Department of Toursim and Commerce Marketing Dubai (DTCM) who must be wondering why they are getting a number of enquiries about teaching jobs).
- Email: info@zinalanguageschool.tk
(a website domain ending in .tk is often a bit of a question mark).
- Website: www.zinalanguageschool.tk (which has no useful information - it has framed the website www.sez.ae which is for the Sharjah Educational Zone).
- If you apply to the job offer, you might be requested to send them money for visa fees and/or other costs. Which is another red flag. Legitimate job offers and recruitment agencies in the UAE will not ask you for money to pay for visas, labor cards, etc.
Last update 21 December 2011 General Comments - might not apply to Zina Language School
- Fees, facilities, education quality varies widely. Allow extra fees for visa, transport, accommodation.
- Salaries, accommodation, other benefits for lecturer jobs vary substantially. Check contracts carefully for medical, housing, flight allowances, etc.
