Wisdom Business School (WBS) RAK courses and programs (not confirmed)
- Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) BEd, MEd, MBA programs initially, BSc Nursing and BTech from 2012.
- University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES) India - Academic Energy Programs. Might include MBA Aviation Management, MBA Oil and Gas Management, MBA Supply Chain Management, MBA Power Management, BBA Aviation Operations, BSc Aircraft Maintenance.
- Institute of Costs and Works Accountants, India (ICWA/ICWAI) - Foundation, Intermediate, Final level coaching for BCom and BBA students.
- Institute of Civil Engineering (ICE) India - Diploma (Technical Membership) and graduate (Associate Membership) programs in Civil Engineering and Architectural Engineering.
Wisdom Group affiliations include IGNOU, Madurai Kamaraj University, Sikkim Manipal University, University of Calicut, UPES, Indian Institute of Materials Management, ICE India, Institute of Certified Management Accountants - Australia, Mahesh Tutorials - Bombay.
Note that training institutes in the UAE offering overseas degree courses are not usually accredited by the UAE MOHESR and students should check with potential employers (especially UAE Government entities) if qualifications awarded will be recognised.

- Wisdom Business School (WBS) opening in Ras Al Khaimah reported. Part of the Wisdom Educational Group (WEG) (or Wisdom Group of Institutions - website www.wisdom.ae?). Presumably not related to the Wisdom Business Academy in Sri Lanka?
- WBS operations began in May 2009 according to their website, so latest news report might have been for an official opening ceremony.
- WBS the same as the already existing Wisdom Insitute in RAK? Or different? Not clear from news or website, and contact details are different.

- WBS website says Student visa will be provided to the eligible candidates joining for regular campus programs ... but details regarding costs etc not found. See student visa RAK for general information.

General Comments - might not apply to Wisdom Business School
- Fees, facilities, education quality varies widely. Allow extra fees for visa, transport, accommodation.
- Salaries, accommodation, other benefits for lecturer jobs vary substantially. Check contracts carefully for medical, housing, flight allowances, etc.
