- Full name is The WellSpring School of Al Ain or The Well Spring School of Al Ain?
- School will offer KG to grade 8 classes from September 2010 with about 150-200 students, and plans to add one grade each year up to grade 12 by September 2014
- The WellSpring school (TWS) will open in a temporary building first while a larger campus is under construction.
- Some special needs students might be considered but the Well Spring school website says "The WellSpring School is not able to meet the needs of students with severe special needs who require special care or a separate educational program."

- Many popular schools are full for 2012-2013. New schools in Al Ain might have places.
- Allow extra for books, extra-curricular activities, uniforms, trips, etc if not included in school fees.
