There isn't actually a Wellington College in Dubai, existing or planned as far as we know.
However there are plans for a Wellington College Bahrain and / or Wellington College Qatar as a branch of Wellington College in Berkshire, UK (tel +44-1344-444000, email info@wellingtoncollege.org.uk, website www.wellingtoncollege.org.uk).
Neither place is within commuting distance from Dubai (unlease you have a Gulfstream or Lear Jet), however if the school offers a boarding option then maybe a weekly commute might appeal to some parents who don't want to see their offspring too often.
There is at present a Wellington International School (opened September 2005), possibly a new WIS Palm Jumeirah planned, a Wellington Primary School Dubai, and the new Dubai Wellington Academy opening September 2009.
All Dubai schools mentioned above are are owned and managed by the GEMS Education organisation based in Dubai, but have no connection with Wellington College in Britain.
