- Not the same as the American University of Sharjah although both UoS and AUS are in Sharjah University City.
- A wide range of academic programs and courses available in Accounting, Business Administration, Communication, Dentistry, Engineering, Fine Arts, Islamic Studies, IT, Law, Medicine, Pharmacy, Science, Shari'a with qualifications including BA, BBA, BDS, BEng, BFA, BSc, MBA, MBBS.
- Accommodation available for 4,000 to 13,000 dhs per year.
