- University of Phoenix signed an agreement with American College of Dubai so that ACD graduates could put their credits towards a UOPX degree course.

- University of Phoenix in Dubai has a student service center office at DKV but only offers online courses.
- No Dubai website found.
- PO Box not confirmed.
- Looks like UOPX have degrees in almost anything. Apparently they are the largest university in North America with over 350,000 students worldwide.
