- Bolton University RAK tuition fees information updated (was AED 15,000-36,000 for 2008-2009). Tuition fees for 2009-2010 are AED 12,000-20,000 for one year Foundation courses, AED 25,000-27,000 for Bachelor programs per year, and AED 42,000-45,000 for Master's programs (full course).
- Application and Registration fee AED 1500.
- Exam fee £175-£350 for Foundation, £425-£500 for Bachelor, £800-£900 for Masters (approx AED 1000-5000).
- Lab fee AED 1500 for some programs.
- Accommodation fees AED 1250 per month + AED 250 per month for utilities, and AED 2000 deposit.
- Visa fees AED 1500 + AED 2000 renewal + AED 2000 deposit.
- Transport fees AED 200 (in RAK) to AED 600 (from Fujairah).
- Bolton University RAK press release says university campus has relocated to a new 90,000 sq ft campus in the RAK FTZ Academy Zone. But a Gulf News report the same day says Bolton University RAK has been allocated a "5,000 square metre piece of land" by the RAK Free Trade Zone, which is half the size and sounds quite small.

- Western International College is registered as a university in the RAK Free Trade Zone (RAKFTZ) and is the partner of University of Bolton in the UAE.

- UOB RAK not found in CAA list of accredited institutions in the UAE.
- Bolton University Ras Al Khaimah expects up to 250 students in its first year of operation, and plans to have a purpose built campus in RAK.
- Students of UOB RAK campus should receive degrees and certificates identical to those issued by University of Bolton, UK.
- Scholarships based on merit are available from University of Bolton RAK for graduate and post-graduate programs.
- Add visa fees of 1500-2000 per year, hostel accommodation 1000 dhs per month, transport 200-500 dhs depending on emirate.
