So confusingly, there are now apparently 3 new schools opening in Ajman, or just one school but it's not clear what the name is going to be - The Royal Academy, The Ajman Academy, or The First Academy?

Construction contract for the new school signed between Lanson Lazar (The Lazar Group) and the Department of Private Properties Ajman according to a report in Emirates Business 24-7.
The previously mentioned golf course appears to be a mini-golf course.
No further information regarding curriculum, fees, contact details etc supplied or found.

The Royal Academy is a new school being built in Ajman, expected to open in 2012 according to a Khaleej Times report.
Capacity 3,000 students.
Facilities will include swimming pool and a golf course.
Unknown if this is the same school as the new Ajman Academy (with a different name), or a different school.
