- There isn't a Stafford University / Staffordshire University (SU) branch or campus in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or elsewhere in the UAE, and none planned as far as we know.
- However, Staffordshire University in Stoke-on-Trent, UK, have representative agents in Dubai who act as a liason for students interested in studying at SU in the UK.
- SU also offers a range of distance learning courses and programs in the subject areas of Arts, Business, Computing, Design, Engineering, Health, Law, Media, Science, or Technology.
- See www.staffs.ac.uk for more information about the UK based university. Degree programs include BA, MA, BEng, MEng, BSc, MSc, MPhil, PhD, LLB, MBA
- There is an unrelated organisation in Dubai called Stafford Associates UAE through which people can apply to do distance learning degrees and courses from UK universities. But not including Staffordshire University.

- Fees, facilities, education quality varies widely. Allow extra fees for visa, transport, accommodation.
- Salaries, accommodation, other benefits for lecturer jobs vary substantially. Check contracts carefully for medical, housing, flight allowances, etc.
