Silicon Oasis school renamed as Wellington International School then GEMS Wellington Academy. Expected opening date September 2009.

Email from GEMS Education says the GEMS Silicon Oasis school is an England National Curriculum school only, implying no IB after all (although it didn't state that exactly).

New school announced for Dubai Silicon Oasis, expected opening in September 2008. Full name is (or may be) GEMS DSO Smart School.
Partnership between Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority (DSOA) and GEMS.
