The Royal College of Applied Sciences and Technology (RCAST) is a long and convoluted name for an institute that offers courses in Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) from other institutes, namely:
- Birla Institute of Technology RAK (BIT or BITIC for International Center)
- Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU)
- University of Seychelles AIM
But by and large, RCAST in RAK seems to be synonymous with BIT in RAK.

- Fees, facilities, education quality varies widely. Allow extra fees for visa, transport, accommodation.
