- Ras Al Khaimah English Speaking School (RAKESS) is renaming themselves to Ras Al Khaimah Academy (RAK Academy), but there appears to be no connection to the RAK American Academy for Girls.

- Ras Al Khaimah American Academy for Girls (RAKAAG) is the old RAK American School re-animated with a new label, owner, and telephone number.
- School fees unconfirmed, might be higher.
- RAK AAG website under development.
- RAK AAG is unrelated to the Al Mizhar American Academy for Girls in Dubai.
