  • New website for NIMS Abu Dhabi at www.nimsuae.com, was previously at www.nims.sch.ae. New site launched 01 September 2008.
  • Fees information updated (table below). Assumed to be for academic year 2009-2010 but not stated on website so could be still for 2008-2009.
  • Additional fees not in table include Stationery Fee AED 200-400, Science Deposit AED 300 for Grades XI and XII, Library Fee AED 200 for Grade XI, and Exam Fee AED 415 for Grade X and AED 300 for Grade XII.
  • Transport Fee AED 115 in Abu Dhabi, AED 150 for Mussafah and Baniyas (presumably per month).

  • Website appears out of date (last updated in 1999?).
  • Tuition fees quoted on site are 175-250 dhs, presumably per month for 10 months per year.
  • Email might not be correct. Tel numbers on website are incorrect.

  • Many popular schools are full for 2009-2010. New schools in Abu Dhabi may have places.
  • Allow extra for books, extra-curricular activities, uniforms, trips, etc if not included in school fees.
  • Estimate monthly teaching salary by dividing annual school fees by 3, or 2 for primary schools. Deduct 25% for profit-making schools.
