- GEMS Education is advertising for a "Principal to play a vital role in the creation of a dynamic Private School in Al Ain and assist in the delivery of the National Curriculum."
- Presumably referring to the UK national curriculum, which might mean this advertisement refers to the same school that previous teaching jobs were being advertised for on other websites. Or GEMS are looking for a new boss for Our Own English High School Al Ain (which is the only GEMS school in Al Ain at present).
- School sounds like one that will cater more to the Arabic community wanting a British education in a private school - job advertisement also says "We require the successful candidate to be able to read and write fluently in both Arabic and English and be culturally sensitive to the school and the local community."
- Salary and benefits package, school name and other information not supplied.

- A new UK curriculum school is being established in Al Ain with opening date September 2010 according to teaching jobs advertised by TeachAnywhere.com.
- School might be primary only based on type of positions advertised.
- The school is located "on the outskirts of Abu Dhabi, UAE" according to the advertisements, which could be a bit misleading depending on whether they are referring to Abu Dhabi the emirate (Al Ain is in the emirate on the border with Oman), or Abu Dhabi the city (Al Ain is another city about 1.5 hours drive from Abu Dhabi city).
- Salary is given as in the region of AED 7,000 per month. Accommodation is provided but on a shared basis.
- The Well Spring School in Al Ain is a new school opening September 2010 but it operates a US curriculum so is presumably not the school referred to in the job advertisements.

- Many popular schools are full for 2013-2014. New schools in Al Ain might have places.
- Allow extra for books, extra-curricular activities, uniforms, trips, etc if not included in school fees.
