MUST University is an university based in the USA offering online courses and degrees. It does not have an office in the UAE as far as we know (as of end 2012), but has marketed its courses at education fairs in Dubai.
MUST University is not accredited by any officially recognized accrediting body as far as we know. It claims to be fully accredited on its website, and some or all programs are accredited by the International Accreditation Organization (IAO) but IAO is not an officially recognized accreditation agency, at least not by the US based Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA).

News reports said the the UAE Ministry of Higher Education had warned prospective students that they should investigate carefully if degrees and courses would be attested by the ministry, specifically naming MUST University as one that the ministry had received complaints about. The National (27 Nov 2012) said Dr Bader Aboul-Ela, director of the commission for academic accreditation at the ministry, said Must University is granting degrees to students who later found difficulty in having them attested.
Online courses in the health and medical fields from MUST University were specifically mentioned as being unacceptable qualifications for work in the UAE medical sector. The same report said Ahmed Al Zarooni, director of medical licensing at the Ministry of Health, said the ministry did not recognise online degrees or accept distance learning for clinical practices.
