MEPS is a villa school. Listed as Egyptian Modern Private School on the Ministry of Education (MOE) website, also called Modern Egyptian School. MEPS was reported to be closed by March 2008 according to a Khaleej Times report on 30 May 2008 as it was "found unfit for the teaching process to continue". PO Box is the same as for Union National Bank in Sharjah according to some sources.
