- Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) name changing to Manipal University, effective from January 2007. So presumably Manipal Academy Dubai becomes Manipal University Dubai (MAD turns to MUD?).

- Full name is "Manipal Academy of Higher Education" in Dubai (MAHE Dubai). Also referred to as "MAHE, Manipal Dubai Campus"
- Range of courses - Jewellery Design, Interior Design, Biotechnology, Pysiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Audiology and Speech Language Therapy.
- Also MBA, and MSc in Internet Systems and Security.
- Visa and hostel facilities available.
- Students with O-level can enter.
