- Edugates have opened a new school, Al Madar International School in Al Hayer area (Al Hayar, Al Haya?) of Al Ain to service areas and suburbs in the north-west of Al Ain.
- Opening date September 2009 according to Edugates news 26 June 2009?
- Students from KG to Grade 4 accepted. Expansion to higher levels in future years?
