- Lakes Garden Nursery (LGN) is a new nursery in the The Lakes area of Emirates Living, to be operated by Raffles International School, announced in Emaar Education press release 16 February 2010. Unknown if it is the same as or different from the Emirates Lakes Nursery that opened in September 2009 ... allegedly.
- Nursery opening times 0800-1400 (8am to 2pm).
- Children aged 18 months to 4 years old accepted, split into 3 groups: 18 mths - 2 years, 2 - 3 years, and 3 - 4 years.
- According to the press release, DMN will follow an Early Years Program (EYP) "where independent learning, curiosity and enthusiasm are developed" with six learning areas: Personal Social and Emotional Development, Communication Language and Literacy, Mathematical Development, Knowledge and Understanding of the World, Creative Development, and Physical Development.
- Facilities include "colourful" classrooms, outdoor play area, fully equipped medical room supported by Emaar Healthcare Group, and child-sized bathrooms.
- Residents in Emaar communities receive priority admission.
- Admissions information and administration from Raffles International School Umm Suqeim South Campus, tel +971-4-4271240.
- Fees information not supplied but probably the same as other Raffles International Nursery Schools in Dubai.
