The International Academy for Graduate Studies FZE (IAGS) is a Ras Al Khaimah based institute that facilitates course enrollment with several overseas universities and colleges.

The small print for IAGS says "Disclaimer: This institution has no connection with any private or public education establishment within UAE, and will not directly issue any certificate, degree, or diploma of its own. All registrations, studies, examinations, certifications, etc, shall be directly conducted by the concerned Universities. The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Reasearch takes no responsibilitiey for the programs offered by this insitituion or for their equivalence."
