- A report in the Khaleej Times said that IBMC Group and Stamford Raffles College of Singapore had announced a partnership to start offering International MBA programs in India, Oman, Singapore, and UAE.
- The Chairman and Managing Director of IBMC Business School, Hazza Mohammed Al Dhaheri, was quoted as saying "IBMC Business School will start functioning from India, the UAE and Oman immediately ... "
- But apparently a website, email, telephone number etc did not start functioning immediately. Further details not supplied or found.

- Location assumed to be Dubai because JRG is in Dubai, but that might not be correct.
