- Horizon School website not available?
- No further information on the planned new Horizon College but Horizon School have a progression agreement for Year 6 students with Dubai College (DC), Dubai English Speaking College (DESC), and The English College in Dubai. DESC and DC would be rated by many as two of the best British curriculum high schools in Dubai, and TEC would also be regarded highly.
- Fees information not confirmed (not available on HS website, check with school). Previous fees information was AED 21,000-27,000 for 2006-2007.

- Horizon School is part of the BSME network (www.bsme.org.uk).
- Moved to new location in September 2004 and Safa Private School (or Safa School) opened on the old site.
- Both schools have a generally good reputation although, as with most schools, there are always a few negative comments floating around. Possibly connected with it being a "for-profit" institution (but most expat schools in Dubai are profit-making).
- Plans to open a secondary school called Horizon College in September 2006.
- Another telephone number listed as +971-4-3947879 - might be the old one.
- Staff and students are mostly of British nationality.
- Also called "Horizon (Pvt) School" or "Horizon Private School."
- KHDA says annual tuition fees are AED 17,887-25,050 for 2007-2008.

- A Khaleej Times report 12 September 2005 highlighted Horizon Private School as one in which the principal, "Madion Carolyn", was also a licence partner, which is not allowed according to the report.

- Many popular schools are full for 2013-2014. New schools in Dubai might have places.
- Allow extra for books, extra-curricular activities, uniforms, trips, etc if not included in school fees.
