- Email received from Star Education Management Systems (SEMS) says that the Barsha, Ghusais, and Mizhar schools are not planned.
- The Mirdiff Star School website says SEMS have additional land in Mirdiff, a plot in Dubai Industrial City, and one in Ras Al Khaimah for future schools.

ETA-Star Group is the parent company of ETA Star Education Management Systems (SEMS), which is planning to open several UK curriculum schools in the UAE (although they have one Indian curriculum school in Sharjah).

- Many popular schools are full for 2010-2011. New schools in Dubai might have places.
- Allow extra for books, extra-curricular activities, uniforms, trips, etc if not included in school fees.
