- Press release from the KHDA in Dubai said that EESC had closed and the remaining 20 out of 43 special needs students were moving to the Elite English School (the other 23 students had already found places).
- Tel number was +971-4-3947355 (same as for the EESS).
28 October 2008
- Another report in the Gulf News that EESC would be closing, but this time from March 2009. According to the report, the principal of EESC,
S.S.U. Tabrez, had said "Due to acute space constraints we are closing the centre with prior approval from the Ministry of Social Affairs, which is the licensing authority."

- Special needs center attached to Emirates English Speaking School (EESS), integration with mainstream students in extra-curricular activities mostly but sometimes in classroom also.
- Caters to students with learning difficulties, will consider autistic children.
- Contact EESS for EESC information.
- Counsellors (mid 2006) are Dr Mamta Mathur and Heena Jaisingh.
