- All 4 Down's Syndrome Dubai is a Dubai based voluntary support group for parents of children and adults with Down's Syndrome. It is not a school.
- All 4 Down's Syndrome has about 100 members from 25 nationalities

- The group organises activity days, arts events, awareness campaigns, conferences, social events, speakers, walks, and other meetings.
- "Teen Scheme" (started September 2005) is a program in conjunction with Teens 4 Positive Action where teenagers with Down's Syndrome mix with mainstream teenagers in a buddy system. Operates in Dubai, maybe also Sharjah and Abu Dhabi.
- 24 hour helpline tel 050-8809228 in the UAE. More contact numbers on A4DS website for several different age groups.
- A weekly playgroup is arranged on Sundays for children 0-5 years old with Downs Syndrome. Location is the Favourite Things Mother and Child Play Center (upstairs in the Palm Strip Mall on Jumeirah Beach Road, opposite The One furniture shop). Time 1000-1200 (10am - 12 noon) on Sundays.
- Weekly meetings for parents also at Dubai Ladies Club? Group also meets weekly on Wednesdays 10am - 12 noon?
- The group was establised at the American Hospital in February 2004 by four families with the assistance of Dr Ian Jefferson. Founding members include Denise Humberstone and Rebecca Corley.

- Many popular schools are full for 2009-2010. New schools in Dubai may have places.
- Allow extra for books, extra-curricular activities, uniforms, trips, etc if not included in school fees.
