- City University College in Ajman officially opened (WAM news).
- The CUCA website says City University College of Ajman (CUCA) is a newly established institution of Higher Education under the patronage of Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman HH Sheikh Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, and under the chairmanship of HH Sheikh Rashid Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi.
