- Abu Dhabi Kindergarten and the Chinese School according to a WAM news report has 60 new students for total enrolment of 204 KG-grade 3 students (7 Chinese and 197 UAE nationals), and 39 teaching and administrative staff (including 7 UAE nationals, 7 Chinese teachers, but only 7 licensed teachers).

- Chinese School is part of the Abu Dhabi Children's Kindergarten and is a Chinese language learning class for Arab / Emirati students?
- Chinese section first established in September 2006: "The Abu Dhabi Children's Kindergarten has been offering a Chinese language learning class since September 2006." according to a report by Tantao News Network / Xinhua 13 November 2009. Other details from same report: "The Chinese school, initiated and funded by Abu Dhabi's Crown Prince Mohammed bin Zayed al-Nahayan, was established in line with an agreement between the Abu Dhabi Education Council and the Office of Chinese Language Council International (OCLCI) of China with assistance from the Chinese Embassy to the UAE. Currently there are 76 students, including six Chinese children, and five Chinese teachers. The courses include Chinese, English and Arabic."
- The Abu Dhabi Kindergarten was established in 2003.

- Abu Dhabi Government press release says HH General Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, and Head of the Abu Dhabi Education Council "issued directives to allocate an educational state-of-the-art building at the Kindergarten Centre at the Abu Dhabi Educational Zone which includes the Chinese School..."
- Building cost is AED 24.5million
- School is located in Al Rawdha district of Abu Dhabi.
- 146 students relocated to the new building from 08 February 2009. Not clear if that represents only the students of the Chinese section, or the whole KG center.
- Director of the Kindergarten Centre is Fatima Ahmed Al Bastaki
- Facilities and staff include 3 classrooms and 5 Chinese female teachers.

- Abu Dhabi Chinese School and Kindergarten (Anglo-Chinese School?) located in the KG Development Centre with 40 students.
- School is a government, not private school, operated by the Abu Dhabi Education Council (ADEC)?
- Contact details are for ADEC.
- Center appears to be intended for Emirati students to learn in Chinese but has some Chinese nationals also?

General Comments - might not apply to Chinese School Abu Dhabi
- Many popular schools are full for 2013-2014. New schools in Abu Dhabi might have places.
- Allow extra for books, extra-curricular activities, uniforms, trips, etc if not included in school fees.
