- Mixed reports seen, some very complimentary, others very negative. You could probably say you get fair value for the money spent compared to other much more expensive schools in Dubai.
- Awarded Cambridge International Fellowship Centre (CIFC) status by the University of Cambridge International Examinations for good results in exams. A prestigious certificate to hang in the vestibule. It actually has some use, entitling a student to win a £3,000 (22,500 dhs) scholarship spread over 3 years - a bit more than what it costs to send your child to CIS for a year.
- Fees information updated. Not included are registration fees (700 dhs), activity fees (350-950 dhs per year), computer fees (300-600 dhs per year), or transport fees (approx 200 dhs per month).

- Many popular schools are full for 2009-2010. New schools in Dubai may have places.
- Allow extra for books, extra-curricular activities, uniforms, trips, etc if not included in school fees.
