  • According to a 24 April 2010 report in The National, annual tuition fees are AED 72,000 - "... the Dh72,000 ($19,600) annual cost of studying at the institute full-time with therapy ..." Previous information was AED 34,500-62,500 for 2007-2008.

  • BILD was located in Satwa but moving to Jumeirah / Safa near Park 'n' Shop for September 2007. Tel number might have changed.
  • BILD says they are a "Talented Children Development School" specialising in dyslexia, ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), and dyspraxia.
  • BILD also accept children with ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder), which probably sounds a bit obvious, and autism (not confirmed with BILD).
  • Seems to have a good reputation for special needs students looking for somewhere other than a mainstream school environment.
  • Initial assessment cost is 3300 dhs.
  • New registration fee 500 dhs, annual administration fee of 3000 dhs. Check fees with school, some variation depending on whether day student or afternoon student.

  • Employment possibilites include Teacher, Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist, Educational Psychologist. Salary information above not for teacher positions (amount unknown).
