- Total area of the Boat House school about 15,000 sq meters (150,000 sq ft) on 4 levels.
- Facilities to include art rooms, athletic facilities (both indoor and outdoor), cafeteria, library, play areas.
- Nursery or crèche facilities with play areas also available.
- Summary based on information from design consultants Burt, Hill.
- GEMS also have a new Wellington International School planned for the Palm Jumeirah.
