- BiCE restaurant group are planning a culinary school in Dubai for their chefs according to a report in The National 18 November 2010, based on comments from Raffaele Ruggeri, the global group director for BiCE International.
- This would be the first BiCE cooking school.
- The school would also offer casual Italian cooking classes to the general public.
- BiCE already has two restaurants in Dubai, one in Abu Dhabi, and are planning to open something called a Beef Bar at the Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC) in 2011.
