Bahera / Baheera Language School doesn't exist as far as we know. There's no listing with the UAE Ministry of Education or the KHDA, and it's one of the many institutes for which Global Recruiters will offer to find you a job at. We've never found any of the others either. Investigate carefully before accepting a job.
