No sign of any Amity school, college, or university in Dubai or UAE. The Amity website lists several Amity International Schools in India but none elsewhere.
Curriculum if a school does get started will presumably be CBSE - the Amity website says All Amity Institutions are affiliated to CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education).

A news item or press released highlighted a visit to Amity University by Mr Peter McElwaine, CEO of Jumbo Electronics in Dubai.
The press release said that Jumbo Electronics ... has expressed interest to collaborate with Amity to start Schools (10+2) in Dubai and UAE.
No further information supplied or found.

Many popular schools are full for 2013-2014. New schools in Dubai might have places.
