- There was a job advertised on Monster Gulf in June 2008 for a Project Director for ACS Dubai, reporting to Evolvence senior management. School was in the Design Stage. No further details about school or planned opening date known at this stage.
- Evolvence Capital are also the owners of the Dubai Repton School (opened in September 2007) and have an American School in Sharjah under construction. Contact details for Evolvence Capital are tel +971-4-3158100, fax +971-4-3296500, email info@evolvence.com.
- Most North Americans would choose the Dubai American school, if they could get a place for their children, before other US curriculum schools in Dubai. The Dubai American Academy is another popular school but has a more international curriculum (International Baccalaureate).
- The American Community School in Abu Dhabi is non-profit and not run or owned by Evolvence Schools / Evolvence Capital. The Abu Dhabi ACS is for grades K-12. It seems likely that ACS Dubai will be the same.
