- There was a job advertised on Monster Gulf in June 2008 for a Project Director for ACS Dubai, reporting to Evolvence senior management. School was in the Design Stage. No further details about school or planned opening date known at this stage.

- Most North Americans would choose the Dubai American school, if they could get a place for their children, before other US curriculum schools in Dubai. The Dubai American Academy is another popular school but has a more international curriculum (International Baccalaureate).
- The American Community School in Abu Dhabi is non-profit and not run or owned by Evolvence Schools / Evolvence Capital. The Abu Dhabi ACS is for grades K-12. It seems likely that ACS Dubai will be the same.
