  • Al Worood International Private Academy School (or something) opened in Dubai Investment Park. Al Worod School in Dubai is part of the Al Worood Academy in Abu Dhabi.
  • Actual opening date unknown. Some sources said September 2008 opening date, but press release is dated 21 December 2009.
  • Press release said school offers international curriculum to Kindergarten to Grade 3 students. Not clear if school intends to expand beyond Grade 3 in later years.
  • Facilities include indoor gym, outdoor playground, and swimming pool. Campus area is about 25,000 sq meters.
  • Contact details not confirmed. PO Box is also seen in some sources as the mailing address for the Jenan Medical Center in Jumeirah.
  • Additional telephone numbers might be +971-4-8859751 or +971-4-8859750.
  • Email address might be spelt alworoddubai@hotmail.com. Or try alworood@gmail.com (seen for job applications) or alworood@emirates.net.ae (for Abu Dhabi branch).
