- Al Talae'e Private School is one of the villa schools being closed by ADEC at the end of the 2011-2012 academic year, because the school did not construct new premises on time according to a statement from ADEC (ADEC has taken the decision to close Al Talae’e Private School as a result of the school’s failure to fulfill legally binding commitments it made to ADEC regarding building a new school to replace the existing villa school.). Students can transfer to Al Manara School in Baniyas or the new Yas Academy School.
- There are two other (unrelated) schools with similar names under the authority of ADEC - Al Taleaa Primary Secondary School in the Al Ain Education Zone, and Al Taleaa Secondary School in the Abu Dhabi Education Zone. Both are female student public (government schools) in the Abu Dhabi PPP schools program.
- School also be referred to as Vanguard Private School in some sources.
