  • Fundraising fax is +971-4-3417275.
  • Old location (map) was near Spinneys in Umm Suqeim, with previous contact numbers tel +971-4-3946088 and fax +971-4-3946627.

  • Waiting list of about 40 students in September 2006.
  • New building near Mall of the Emirates for 300 students under construction on land donated by Dubai government, building construction covered by Sheikh Mohammed.
  • Board of governors overseen by Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. Chairman is Mr Khalid Al Halyan.
  • All nationalities are considered for entry.
  • Training costs approximately 23,000 dhs per child per year but fees are subsidised with remainder coming from fundraising and Board of Governors.
  • Full name is "Al Noor Training Centre for Children with Special Needs" or "Al Noor Training Center for Children with Special Needs". Also referred to as "Al Noor Training Centre for Handicapped Children".
  • Sometimes called the "Al Noor Institute" which could be confused with the "Al Noor Cultural Institute" in Ras Al Khaimah (tel +971-7-2271339).
