Full name is "Al Ma'arifa International Private School. Also called something like "Nor Al Ma'arif Private School", "Nor Al Ma'arifa Pvt School", "Nor Al Maarif International School" or "Nor Al Marif School". Listed as "International Knowledge Private School" with the UAE Ministry of Education (MOE). Fees if following MOE curriculum only are AED 6,200-13,700 per year.

- A Khaleej Times report 12 September 2005 highlighted Nor Al Ma'arif Private School as one in which the principal, Fatima Al Marri, was also a licence partner, which is not allowed according to the report.
