Al Khaleej School also seen referred to as the "Gulf International School". AKIS was reported in the Khaleej Times 05 May 2005 as likely to be ordered to be closed by the Ministry of Education, for administrative and financial reasons, but AKIS was mentioned in a Gulf News article October 2006 so perhaps it's still open?
