- Full name might be Al Ittihad Private National School (AIPNS, AINS?). Name is "The Union National Pvt Sch" according to ADEZ information. Might also be referred to as "The United National Private School" (ittihad, or etihad, is Arabic for union / alliance / federation etc).
- There is also Al Ittihad School in Al Mamzar, Dubai, Al Ittihad Jumeirah, Dubai, and Al Ittihad School Al Ain. All 4 schools appear to be owned by the same company, with website www.ittihadschools.com.
- Al Ittihad School Abu Dhabi is mostly UAE national students studying an American curriculum in English (except for Arabic and Islamic Studies classes - which is usual for schools that teach in English).
- ADEZ information says school is Kindergarten to Grade 8 only.
- Head's name also written as Fatima AlHumairi.
