• Monthly fees payable for 9 months per year.
• 2011-2012 - Admission fee AED 500 (for new students). Annual fee AED 500 for Indian system, AED 700 for British system. Bus transport fee AED 1,656 annually, or AED 184 monthly.
• 2010-2011 - Admission fee AED 500, Annual fee AED 500 (AED 400 for Nursery School). Lab fee grades 7-12 AED 300-1500 depending on grade and curriculum, payable in 3 installments. Bus transport fee AED 1395 annually, or AED 155 monthly. Exam fee AED 300 Grades 9-12 (Indian), or check with school for British classes Grades 8-12.
• 2007-2008 fees include tuition, exam, lab, computer, annual fees but not registration fee (AED 300), bus transport fee (AED 140 monthly), or school uniform costs. Fees are payable monthly for 10 months per year.
• 2006-2007 fees for tuition only. Grade 7-10 fees for IGCSE stream. For CBSE stream fees are AED 3,600 grades 7-8 and AED 3,950 grades 9-10. Add Admission fee AED 200 (when registering), Activity fee AED 250 (annual), Library etc fee AED 50 (annual), Computer fee AED 25 (monthly), Bus transport AED 80 (monthly).

• The Gulf News had reported that a parent had accused a teacher at Al Ain Junior School of locking up a kindergarten student while the rest of the class were practising for sports day, and the teacher had "threatened to beat the girl" on another occasion.
• The Al Ain Times (issue 37) then reported that Mrs Tanveer Arshad, the school principal, said the Gulf News article was "biased" and "factually incorrect". Some students had remained in a classroom with a teacher, and the other incident was the "waiving of ruler in the child’s face" to "bring order when children become hyperactive."
