Crops up in the Gulf News (a Dubai based newspaper) with bus related stories. They reported the death of a five year old in Sep 2004 (crushed by a bus) and in Jan 2007 when an army officer forced a school bus to empty the students and go back to school (they were apparently throwing paper at him from the windows).
Located in Khorfakkan? Jan 2006 report listed it as a school in a villa, possibly threatened with closure. As of Jan 2007 it still appears to be operational. PO Box 11478 Khorfakkan and Tel +971-9-444538 unconfirmed (tel number has too few digits), primary and secondary school? Listed on MOE site as 'Al Ahleya Private School' in the Al Sharjah Instructional Office zone. Could also be spelt as 'Al Ahliyya School' but rare.
Unrelated to Al Ahliya School for Girls in Jordan. Sometimes called 'Al Ahliya School' but not the same as the 'Al Ahliya School' in Bur Dubai which Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum attended.

- Many popular schools are full for 2013-2014. New schools in Sharjah might have places.
- Allow extra for books, extra-curricular activities, uniforms, trips, etc if not included in school fees.
