- AGS tuition fees for 2009-2010 appear to be unchanged from 2008-2009 (AGS website states 2008-2009 fees)
- Fees to be paid in 3 installments - date of application, date school starts, and third payment before the end of the first term.
- Additional fees for registration and admission + Nova Scotia administration fee (estimate AED 2000-5000?), uniforms.
- Textbooks to be bought from AGS bookshop, prices are for Academic Year 2009-2010.
- Textbook costs for Grades 10-12 depend on options selected but allow about AED 2,500-4,000 (higher prices for science subjects).
- Transport fees for one term AED 2000 one way, AED 2500 return. For two terms AED 2500 one way, AED 4000 return.
- Scholarships available worth C$200-C$800 (AED300-AED3000 depending on exchange rate and grades) for students with an average of more than 90%.

- New location of AGS is Tourist Club Area near Abu Dhabi Mall (previously in Al Bateen area near Gulf Diagnostic Center)
- New school building in 2007? School planning to expand to a larger site further out of Abu Dhabi one day?
- Facilities include indoor pool, indoor sports hall, grass playing field.

- Fees updated from website, assumed to be for 2008-2009 but not confirmed (was AED 13,900-28,900 per year).
- Fees increased by 30%? Might have been about 15% per year for two years?

- AGS and Nova Scotia registration fees AED 1550 for KG-Grade 2, AED 2050 for Grades 3-6, AED 2550 Grades 7-9, AED 3150 Grades 10-11, AED 3750 Grade 12.
- Transport fees AED 1600-2000 for one term, AED 2000-3000 for two terms.

- Reports of good teachers but poor administration (not unusual for UAE schools), one comment seen about bullying and poor student English. One comment seen saying "good school".
