- UCMAS Dubai website appears to have been updated and has Dubai school information, but crashed while being reviewed.
- There's also an UCMAS "branch office" in Sharjah (tel +971-6-5695262).
- Corporate office in Abu Dhabi has tel +971-2-6763033 and email ucmas@emirates.net.ae.
- UCMAS doesn't appear to be licensed by the KHDA (not listed on their website).

The Universal Concept of Mental Arithmetic System (UCMAS) is something a bit different. Educate children with an abacus (at least it gets your school name at the top of an alphabetical list of schools). UCMAS is originally from China (says their website). Allegedly does things like improve photographic memory and untap hidden potential in young children, as well as all the usual things any school claims to do for their students. System is for ages 4-12.
- Might be referred to as Abacus Guest Point UCMAS but that doesn't sound right.
- Website URL given appears to be for UAE corporate office in Abu Dhabi rather than the Dubai school (can't find a URL for them - perhaps it's difficult to host a website on an abacus).
- UCMAS system head office is in Malaysia - their website is www.ucmas.com and has better information than the UAE one. Branches/schools in most areas of the world except for continental Europe and South America.
- If you've got some spare cash, UCMAS appear to be looking for franchisees for their educational system (see enquiry form on website). Good luck.

- Many popular schools are full for 2013-2014. New schools in Dubai might have places.
- Allow extra for books, extra-curricular activities, uniforms, trips, etc if not included in school fees.
